Looks like a lot of empty parking spaces at that time of the day as well.

6:30 am on a Saturday morning, D.C. is empty as anything. Only downside is there tend to be plenty of street closings on the weekends for events-- the Race for the Cure was yesterday, so by 7:00 am it was effectively impossible to navigate around the Mall.

But it's a pretty time to visit-- no traffic, no tourists!
