• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

A big Thanks to BRP!

Christmas got here early for us!
Some background for this story...
Back in June, my dealer tried to fix my IPod plug... it worked for about a week and then died again. :gaah:
My warranty expired in July...
When I recently had the bike in for the throttle position sensor replacement, I asked them to replace the wiring to the IPod plug.
They did; I paid for it and all is now working!
Now we're rockin'!
But since it had died back before the death of my warranty... maybe it ws covered???
I contacted Crystelle LaChance at BRP...
The dealer and I forwarded up the documentation that she requested...
It was approved and a refund has been issued! :2thumbs:

So BRP can and will find ways to make things right if conditions warrant it.
And a Big, "Thank You" once again to Crystelle...

Be Veeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrryyyyyyyyyyy careful. Don't forget about the dog house post. :roflblack:

I forgot to tell you; my new nickname is now "Beelzebub".
She's given me so much Hell over the years that I now own the entire place; lock, stock and barrel!

Congratulations.

My dealer installed the radio, rear speakers, the entertainment harness, and the CB but somehow didn't get or possibly didn't install the connector in the trunk. I asked them what was necessary and they opened a case number. Months went by and when I had the Tupperware off I saw an empty connector near the radio. He got on the parts catalog and apparently there was a small cable that would put a DIN connector in the trunk. Forget the case number and do it yourself. :banghead:
