Christmas got here early for us! :thumbup:
Some background for this story...
Back in June, my dealer tried to fix my IPod plug... it worked for about a week and then died again. :gaah:
My warranty expired in July... :shocked:
When I recently had the bike in for the throttle position sensor replacement, I asked them to replace the wiring to the IPod plug.
They did; I paid for it and all is now working!
Now we're rockin'!
But since it had died back before the death of my warranty... maybe it ws covered???
I contacted Crystelle LaChance at BRP...
The dealer and I forwarded up the documentation that she requested...
It was approved and a refund has been issued! :2thumbs:
So BRP can and will find ways to make things right if conditions warrant it.
And a Big, "Thank You" once again to Crystelle...
