• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

A BIG shout to OJ UK

Just got back from my holiday in Kent and just wanted to say thanks to Geoff (OJ UK)for a great afternoon on Sunday having coffee and viewing his F3-S with all the advice and tips to go with it. I always say to newbies that join this site Spyder owners are the best people to talk to for advice, tips and anything to do with spyder ownership and by hec I got this from OJ UK with 50 years motorcycle experience behind him and his second Spyder. The best highlight of my holiday in Kent was the time I spent with OJ UK and his F3 and if you are reading this right now OJ UK, I am hoping you will take me as a passenger on your F3 to show me how I should be riding this beauty when I get mine

What..!!

you went to visit without your ryde...:roflblack: to bad I'm sure you both could of had a bit of a trip...good to see and hear of spyder ryders meeting up. Met a few lovers up at SITR last week. Rather than name tags they should have your SL handle...:roflblack: hope your ryding soon...

I agree with the SL handle idea
I went to SITR last year and when I got home I did not know who was who on Syderlovers
Maybe they could put name and SL handle on the name tags :yes:
Are you Event organizers listening

Darren! You live in Leeds which is over 200 miles from me! By the time you've ridden down to Kent you should be fairly competent
anyway....you'll certainly have learned enough to make further progress at your own pace.
You won't learn much riding shotgun behind me! I'll be happy to take you out for a ride on the pillion but IMHO you'll be much better off
following me on yours and looking at the way I set up for bends and use the road position I'm in to my advantage. Some things have to be
learned and can't be taught.....there is no short-cut to experience!

@Chupaca....."you went to visit without your ryde...

He hasn't bought his Spyder yet. He's thinking well in advance.
