To Lidlox. I have had mine for at least 6 years (a duel set). One of the locks failed, as I could not get it to lock. The other was headed in the same direction. Anyway, I reached out to get replacement lock barrels and would have been happy to pay for them. But to my surprise, they are going to send me replacements to match the keys I already have at no charge. WOW! What a concept! Taking care of their customer base. Great product, great company, and if YOU haven't bought them yet, you should. BRP could learn a lesson here about customer service. Thank you Lidlox for making my day.
