• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Today I had the privilege of taking my 94 year old uncle for a ryde. It was a little chilly in Naples. NY today so I just went for a quick ryde. As we turned around he leaned over my shoulder and said take the next right , basically taking us the long way home!mike mart.jpgHere is after we got back with his wife on the back. The next Spyder owners?

Absolutely great. I wish my Dad were still around so I could take him for a ride. Of course every time I go I know he is with me.

My avatar picture is my 86yr old father-in-law on the back of mine at the north entrance to Yellowstone Park. He followed us in his truck from Helena Mt., his home, to stay with us a couple days in Gardiner. This day we rode to Old Faithful. He absolutely loved it.

You hit the nail right on the head by wishing your dad:yes: was still around. So do I. And probably a lot more wish their Dad was still here. When my brother and I still lived at home(that was a long time ago) my father asked us to do little jobs around the house. One time he said to us, you guys will never amount to much:yikes:. All you want to do is race motorcycles and chase girls. I replied, you mean there is something else in life.

Seems to be all about the attitude! Getting ready to take my 90 year old mother- in- law for a ride. She took the long way home also!
