• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I made one young women very happy. I offered a ride on the spYder and honestly didn't think she would except --- Boy was I wrong!!! I never saw her move so fast to get outside. Here are a couple pics. She is 92 and LOVED it... So having said that -- Is there anyone out here that can beat that age as far as riding or driving a spYder or is this the oldest one? She didn't want to get off so we rode into the night --- Not really we went for about a 15 minute ride then she told be she was ready to go home.... I LOVED it as well.. Heres a couple pics I received from her daughter who by the way refused a ride, she is 63 I think... FB_IMG_1494765221458 (1).jpgFB_IMG_1494765238598 (1).jpgFB_IMG_1494765252731.jpg

That's awesome!!!! I love it when I ask someone if they want a ride and they accept, I want them to love it as much as I do, but at 92 you have a record I bet! Thanks for being a good guy and making her day!

My dad just had his 92nd birthday. I've been trying to get him to take a ride on my Spyder for years, and he won't do it. Good for that lady!

90 yr old owner

We have a 90 yr old owner here on the island. Police found him at the donut shop wearing a foot ball helmet. Took him to the dealer to get a correct helmet. Helmets are required here in BC. Also I spoke with his son who is not to pleased about his dads decision. Hey you can't take it with you. Bob

There was a 91 year old owner in St George UT but is kids finally took his Spyder away and sold it.

I wonder if that was Virgil. I met him on a group ride in 2012 when we were living there. I think it was his 1st bike ever, a beautiful RT Limited. At 89 he was still very sharp and liked that ryde. More power to him!
