On our new 2017 RT-S. I have to say that I am glad to be a member of the 1300 club. This engine, along with the SE6 tranny is light years beyond the 998 SE5. The engine has more torque, don't have to keep the revs up-in fact the lower the better-and the SE6 is so smooth and fluid, so much better than the SE5. The missus has planned and we have so far taken two long day trips-200 mile days, which I know is short, but for where we live, a 200 mile day is pretty good. Going to try and get a couple more in before hibernation time, which will come all too soon. We are really glad we took a step up.
