6000 km checks / maintenance

Hey there guys.

I just passed my 5,000km mark and applied for my 5K PIN from BRP and was mentioned in this months 5K achievements! .
THANKS BRP - I'll be looking forward to getting my 5K pin in the mail!


As I approach my second maintenance mark, I was wondering:

1. Do you guys have any tips to catch things (preventative maintenance) above and beyond what is required from what the manual states at this second maintenance check, 6,000km mark?


2. If you have noticed anything out of the ordinary on your second scheduled maintenance on your RS/GS Spyder that you could share?


I'm gearing up for my next maintenance (second RS maintenance at the 6,000km mark) and looking forward to checking under the panels again, changing the oil, filter, etc... .

I assume you will check the torque on your front pulley and have your belt set to the new tension spec. if you have not already. Other than that I believe the items scheduled for service is fairly complete.
