After getting in a heated discussion with a salesman at the local dealership over price matching (which he wouldn't) I bought elsewhere. I was hoping the service department would do the right thing as far as service. They were a delight to deal with. I asked what to expect for charges and they asked if I didn't get the sheet for pricing. When I told them I had bought elsewhere they promptly handed me a sheet with a fixed price for their services. $290.00 parts included for the 600mile and asked when I would like to pick up my serviced Spyder. The service manager asked if this was my first Spyder I told him yes. He explained the software updates and general service on the Spyder. I left the dealership with a good feeling and think the service department is going to be great. I will update later after I pickup my ride.
