Is the Spyder 6-spoke wheel upgrade Cosmetic OR Structurally beneficial OR Both?

The 3 spoke standard wheels are actually 3 double spokes or 6 spokes. All wheels are theoretically designed to handle any possible loads imposed on them, with a safety factor built in.

Just an add-on. If you are thinking about Glo-riders later on, they look much better with the stock wheels than the 6 spoke ones. The 6 spoke hide a lot of the light.

Oh, and it was a cosmetic upgrade and a good deal I got on them.
