• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Price of exhaust?

If the Cannon exhaust was priced more comparatively to other after market exhausts, I'd jump all over it. The $200 shipping is bulls--t, I've sold and purchased alot of MC exhausts over the years and never had to pay more than $50-60 to ship any where in the US states. The fact that it's not a stainless steel muffler lowers the value quite a bit also, IMO.

Sorry you feel that way hogrider, but the $200.00 shipping is flat rate charged by the Taiwanese government for size and weight. My buddy would love to ship them for less but it is out of his hands. FedEx would be about 450.00 to 650.00 depending on the day it is shipped.... I had a Stainless Steel system from Arlen Ness. Beautiful drag pipes and they turned gold and more golden with age from the heat. looked ugly after a while..:doorag:

UPDATE: I should have a "Y" pipe from my friend in Taiwan in the next week or two. Just saw pics of it. Looking Good!:doorag:

Had some down time (a bunch of snow) so my friend and I put together a short on the Cannon and Can-Am stock system so you can hear the difference a little better. He is also working on a "Y" pipe to replace the Catalytic Converter. That should be done shortly. Enjoy! Any questions please PM me.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Ii3dR6YUpM

If your friend can make a "Y" pipe he can sell for a reasonable amount, say $250, he could make some money.

Why not hook your friend up with a U.S. manufacturer? This exhaust with a stainless Y pipe for sub - $1K installed will fly off the shelves. I'll be his first customer.

Regards,

Dan
