• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

5th Annual USO Spt Ri(y)de

For those who are going to the USO Ride on the 12th, please post your meeting time and location for the ride to Lebanon. Don't want anyone to have to ride alone.

I'll be riding down there a little early to help set up.

Meeting at the Kim & Go gas station, just of I-44 exit 156, at about 0820 for a 0830 departure. BumbleBee, and at least one other of our friends will be meeting. I know that there will be a meeting at Cow Town USA, Cuba MO (Home to Spyder Fest), just don't remember what time.

OK, you caught me:dontknow:. I do things like that occasionally. Getting old I guess. So, you're going to school now huh? That's pretty COOL! :ohyea:(pun intended)

Myself MoLee will be at exit 156 awaiting Len, Gene and friends at 0900.. We intend on doing the whole breakfast thing once we get to Lebanon, same joint as last time I just can't remember the name of the place or--------We could eat where we linked up with Irish, Gene, Jane and Dick a few weeks ago, no matter what Breakfast is in our plans for sure.. Yah Gene charm in----I think you had said something about Lake of the Ozarks again, but I know for sure I will not be able to spend the night as stated at CowTown.. We could just WING it after the run...

You mean I can sleep in that morning. Right now waiting for daylight to get the tree limbs out of the yard, must have been a good one last night.

Just a reminder straight from the flyer folks:

All riders will be required to wear:

1) Eye protection.
2) DOT Helmet.
3) Long pants.
4) Some form of riding glove.
5) Ankle high foot wear.

Would not hurt to throw in a long sleeve shirt in the trunk if you plan on not wearing one, or, if your not planning on wearing a shirt at all ha ha..

Added note:

All military must abide by normal PPE requirements.

If anyone was foolish enough to ride without a shirt I bet they would get one heck of a tan.:roflblack::roflblack:

I can't believe we are two days out without a plan:chat:This may require a Royal Decision  Someone has been talking about a motorcycle museum/steak house in Camdenton. Lets figure this out because after this week the wife gets home and when she gets done chewing I may not be able to sit on a bike for a while.:roflblack:

If you’d like to spend the night here in the beautiful "Waynesvegas" area, the Hampton Inn, St. Robert is about the best.

We could hit one of the local places for dinner and a few Mountain Dew's and Diet Pepsi's, or ride up to Camdenton to Journey's end. Either way, BumbleBee and I will not be able to sepnd the night out, as we have no kennel arrangements for our dogs. We'll have to plan better next time.

P.S. They have hair dryers in every room.

Everyone have a good ride, but Carol and I will not be making it as we had hoped. Got home from a few days vacation at Bull Shoals lake and found that our house had been hit by lightening and we have some work to do to get the "fried" stuff replaced. Current count 1 TV and 3 Garage door openers. I know I have my priorities messed up, but that is the way I am.
