• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

5k pin

Congratulations! Take a picture of your Odometer...
I think that you need to go to the Spyder Communuity section of Can Am's website... They have a place there where you post the pic...
(I've got to research this one myself...4,300 & counting!)

Thanks Bob. What part of NY is Gramsville? I'm origially from Rome but was raised in Canandaigua, in the Finger Lakes Region.

The pins are available through the BRP Spyder Website. Go to the site and sign in, or register if you haven't already. Once signed in, go to your profile. The button under your avatar will allow you to apply for the pins. Pins are available at 5K, 25K, and 100K, as I recall.

If you run into any problem with obtaining "official" pins from BRP--check out the Cat Specialties site (a sponsor). They have some really nice patches for mileage. I believe 10k, 25k, and 50k. If you need 100k--they will do that too. I changed Spyders to often to qualify for 25K or higher "official" pins.

Wouldn't you think BRP could just have the dealer present this to you with the bill for your 6000 mile service? I'm just saying...:dontknow:

5k pin...

I submitted the form 4 months ago, and then again 2 months ago and am still waiting for mine. BRP, where are you?
