• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

We just returned from our Upper Michigan run from Mount Vernon (Seattle)WA ride. We were gone for a month. Real glad to be home.

The reason for this thread/post is to let everyone know that, even though we towed a "slightly";) overweight camper/trailer,along with a passenger (and, of course, our Spyderpup Kiddo perched on top of the rear trunk), we had absoutley no problems what so ever. The only thing worth mentioning is I did smell the clutch on maybe 3 or 4 occasions (it being a RT-SE), but I did learn to be carefull with launches with so much weight. We cruised at a steady 75 mph when the limit allowed it. T'was a great trip with a great machine which surpassed my expectations by leaps and bounds. Gas mileage varied from 19 (extreme wind with hills) to 26, with an average of about 23 to 24.

After towing the camper for many miles, removing it makes the RT seem like a Haybusa acceleration-wise!:yikes:
