• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

4th annual *Wild Hawgs Style* cross country Road Trip all are welcome to join

due to some time restraints on some wanting to do the ride, we may have to shorten it to 12 days or so instead of the 15 that was going to take us up to the northern parks

If you're all coming to Lake George, CO you're welcome to camp here if that's a plan. I'm right on US 24 with 53 A. Might even ride to RMNP with you all.

meeting is still a go for tonight at the Hooters of Cumberland in Atlanta, GA 7pm for all to discuss ideas of sights to see & places to stop along the ride

hope to see some of ya'll there

We are still a go for July 12. Cross country ride. Countdown is on

postponed

Wild Hawgs 2015 road trip has been postponed. got accepted to Laser Spine Center for minor back & neck surgery so that has to happen before July 30th due to insurance. so planing this trip still to take place but prob in late August or early Sept now & some of the destinations may change then due to weather in higher altitudes.

Thx & I'm sure all will go well. We were down there in June & my hemoglobin levels were not high enough for them to do the surgery. ....... We talked to others down there then & everyone swears by this place & the healing they offer ........... The ride will happen just postponed a little

best of luck with the surgery, from another chronic back sufferer.

Eat lots of watermelon, old trick of the Blood Bank. It will raise the hemoglobin.

Watermelon?
That's pretty neat tip; Thanks! :2thumbs:
(The Missus has to be careful with her blood chemistry... She's a transplant recipient. )

If you happen to be traveling around 9/11 we have a fine spyder rally in Lake George, NY...............

Just sayin'............

Didja know?

 Maggie's Diner was built in Madrid, NM for the film, but the producers were asked to leave the building standing when filming was complete. It is now a gift shop that sells Wild Hog and Del Fuego souvenirs. Might be worth a side trip visit for your group. Enjoy

Dont forget to; lie to your spouse where you are going, throw away your cell phone, poop in a bag, set your tent on fire, get plastered with bug gutts & attacked by a blackbird, spoon together when sleeping, swim naked with a gay Trooper, burn down a biker bar, slap a bull, fall in love with a small town girl, squirt ketchup and mustard on another biker, eat some damn hot chilli, get into a bloody biker brawl, when your wife finds out where you are.....you tell her to knock off the bitchin, finally get to the West and stare at the lovely bikini girls !

Have a great ride ! :yes::thumbup:

I thought the shop owner next to Maggie's let them build it on there lot and use it as a Gift shop. Film put a real financial burden on some shop owners. Stop take a picture outside. Inside filled with tourist junk. Imho

awesome i will try the watermelon cause i love it (with salt of course) i need my hemoglobin levels raised before they will do the surgery
