THIRD ANNUAL BBQ
Hello All,
The MidAmerica Spyder Ryder Club would like to invite you to our Third Annual BBQ. It will be held on Sept. 11th, 2011 at the Beaver Dam State Park. We have
reserved Pavilion #2. Everyone is to be there by 12:00pm. For those who do not know how to get there or would just like to ryde with the group will meet at Ted's Motorcycle World in Alton, Illinois. Dave & Rita Hatfield will lead the group leaving Ted's at 10:30am.
You do not have to be a Club member to attend and it is not restricted to spyders. We have members that have a spyder and their spouses ryder two wheelers. It will be a chance for spyder owners to meet and greet other owners and maybe join the Club.
The Club will provide the meat, iced tea, lemonade, coffee, condiments and the dining products.
We ask that everyone (household) bring a covered dish and your own soda if you prefer soda rather than the drinks listed above.
Club members are those who have paid their yearly dues since Oct. 2010.
We are asking the guests (non-members) to contribute $5.00 per person to help with the extra costs to the Club.
WE NEED RESPONSES TO THE FOLLOWING INFO NO LATER THAN AUGUST 15th, 2011!!
