• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

3 Extra screws... Really? HAPPY FRIDAY

This is going to be a looooooooong thread. :roflblack:
Everybody has a frustrating/ funny story about "extra" screws.

Bronco II....

I've had my Bronco engine out & in 3 times now & when I removed something I put the bolts or screws back into the attaching holes they came out of. Works good for me. Plus plenty of pictures with the smart phone. Great tool when taking something apart!!! Happy Friday also known as POETS day!! Piss on everything, tomorrow's Saturday!!:yes::yes::yes::yes::yes::yes::yes::yes:

Oh Look!! Dancing Carrots!! Or are they jalapenos?? And I haven't had any beer yet!!:roflblack::roflblack::roflblack::roflblack::roflblack:

We always use a bin for each side and the sign of a job well done is empty bins. There are a few of those bugges that are well hidden though as you found out. :banghead:

Saddlebag

Open left saddlebag. Where the painted panel is connected to the bag there are 3 screws. Check there first. Joe

When you weren't looking they reproduced on the work bench, happens to me every time I take the bike apart. Don't worry about it until something starts flapping in the wind.

My trick is to use a big piece of cardboard. I have drawn an overview of the Spyder on it along with drawings of some of the commonly removed subpanels. I cut X's where the screws go and as they come off the spyder they go into the cardboard. It makes it really easy to know exactly where they go.
