wow i'm impressed, got 36 mpg on second tank of gas on new rts.
best i ever got on the 13 stl was 28.
i didn't buy the spyder for gas mileage, but i do like to track it's mpg.:yes::yes::yes:

As some you said mine would get better. First tank was 29. Just did a 300 mile trip yesterday and average 36.4 two up. That is a big bonus for me. Definitely like the range.

It will most likely get better as you get over 5K miles. I have had as much as 41 and as few as 34. Most of the time, right around 38/39.

That's something to look forward to. I have been happy with the 200 + mpg but getting more would definitely be better. But like like the others have said I didn't buy my RT for the mileage.

I did just about 200 miles gas lite still not on but this seat sucks.This is the worst seat on any bike I have owned.

Likewise: I have not been happy with any OEM seat on the five :spyder2:'s I have owned. I have given the current seat 12K miles and am now beginning to hate it after about 50 miles. I am thinking I am glad I saved my Corbin from the 2010.

I also just filled my second tank (2014 rt-s se6) and got the same -- 35.6 mpg. NICE. Can't wait for it to get better and better....
