Not sure if this has been posted already, but the building had been updated with a sheath on the outside that acted like a chimney for the fire, which is why it spread so fast.

That happened in Duluth MN many years back. A building being updated with "cladding." It also burned. Fortunately the building was vacant at the time. :thumbup:
