• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

And that was following Doc today. I was surprised:yikes::yikes::yikes:.
Added the 2011 windshield and removed the lower winglets, tweaked the JB Pro a little and off we went today. Mostly highway, around 70-75 mph.

So far, my total average works out to 35.6 mpg over the last 2700+ miles.

What were you getting before you made the changes?

I gained a little over 2 mpg after the changes. Not a huge amount, but she is running great, no fuel fumes when running and still running at 4-5 bars today with 94 ( not correct) degrees on the air temp guage.

My Chinese calculator tells me that at 35.6 mpg and 6gal. of fuel would be
a total of 213.6 mi. with the engine running, Hope your going downhill..

Freebob...:doorag:

Your calculator did not take into consideration that he has a Fuel Safe auxiliary fuel cell in his front trunk. :D You should check out his mods thread, as it is very impressive.

Yep, 6 gal usable under the seat and 5 gal in the frunk. Yea I admit, I'm showing off. :D
I'm going to remember your mod in the G&G Rally...

Sorry about that. I got a call from the International Space Station the other day asking me if I could tone things down a bit. I told them I would take it under consideration, but probably not. :roflblack:

Hmmmm....

I think your calculator is busted...Or...you have had a miracle bestowed upon your Rotax....Or...maybe it was down hill the entire 2700 miles... ;)... Len

Nope. I have been diligent on checking this each time. RPM's kept at or below 5500, speed kept at no more than 70, unless passing or catching up to group. Its just a test to see how personal throttle control, use of the cruise and fuel mapping can change the mpg of the rotax.
