• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Here's my 2021 Can Am Spyder Rt Limited. I bought it in Myrtle Beach on 9/04 and had it delivered on 09/08. I love it!

Picked her up today

Just got my first spyder. Put about 200 miles on it riding the pig trail in Northwest Arkansas. I knew it would be fun but its exceeding my expectations. 72B58D5B-AB29-46B6-9257-69219817A0FD.jpg

Post #23 you say I'm Seven , now I'm Three? :dontknow:
I was originally Three so I'm ok with that.

I corrected post #23 to number three. Sorry about that. With people double reporting, and many non-related things being posted in the thread, it has been a tad difficult in keeping track. I think we are back on track now. I have been through this so many times now, I am seeing Spyders in my sleep. :roflblack:

I totally understand, that's why I never called you out on the original post of #7.

Why complain, I'm riding a 2021 CAS RT LTD:roflblack:

Thanks for all your hard work MODERATORS!!!!!!:2thumbs:

Guess I'm #9. Picked up a 2021 Petrol Metallic (blue) RT base model today. Rode it an hour back home in the pouring rain. No pics yet as I'm not going back out in that downpour until it stops raining. Maybe tomorrow or sometime this week. Handled pretty well in the rain although I seemed to have a slight gap around my lower back between my rain jacket and my rain pants. Soaked from my waist to my knees in the back.

I bought a new lid, auxilliary light, stock F3 bars, new rain gloves and the frunk liner. The frunk liner and bars won't be in for a couple weeks so I'll go back for them to install the bars (due to my previous issues trying to remove a handlebar bolt on my 2018). I'll install the frunk liner myself as I think it just slips in place. I had them install the auxilliary light only because I didn't have any tools with me and wanted as much light/visibility riding back in the rain.

Not sure if the gloves work or not. They ended up pretty wet inside but mostly on my thumb (lowest part of my hand) so it could very well be that rain just ran down my jacket and into the glove. Very comfortable Joe Rocket gloves. Also got a new Shoei Neotech II helmet. My HJC RPHA 90 is nice but a bit noisy. I already have a Shoei J-Cruise and while that's a little noisy, it's to be expected as it's a 3/4 lid. Got the Neotech II and O. M. G. Comfortable straight out of the box and super quiet. The only "issue" was that my glasses kept fogging up. I popped the shield up and the glasses unfogged. Of course, that let a bunch of water in including on the inside of the shield. I figured out the solution when I turned off to go home and lowered the windscreen all the way. BAM. That let more air in the helmet (I only had the chin vent open) and I could ride slow(er) in the rain w/much less glasses fogging. I should have thought about that when I got started. I guess hindsight's 20/20, eh?

Enough of my day. Not sure how much more I like this than my previous 2018 but I can already tell the legroom is outstanding! Hour ride and my knees didn't hurt. I'll have to keep that in mind when I get make the 1st payment. :)

We just brought home a 2021 RT Limited in Deep Red Marsala--Chrome Edition!! Only put a few hundred miles on it before we packed it away for the Winter but we're very happy with it!
This is a hard to find color--only one within hundreds of miles of us!
The driver and passenger comfort is improved from our 2015 RT Limited and we were pleasantly surprised to find the gearing and handling also much improved! This is an awesome new design and here's hoping that we have as many great experiences on this as we did the past 5 yrs on our 2015. Can't wait til Spring!!
