On the 2021 models, can any of you report if they fixed the fit and finish issues around the back seat handle areas?

If you are talking about the rubber boot around the bottom of the handle, that would be a no. Big gap between boot and body.

Agree - not listed yet - but some dealers have them in stock and all are taking orders

It appears that 2020's have been "rebranded" into 2021's. Many who have purchased said they received 2021-manuals. No "official" word from BRP...the new year "reveal" is not far off...if they continue the same pattern.
