• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

2020 RTL and 2020 F3L Topcase

Does anyone know if the rear topcase on the 2020 RTL and the F3L are exactly the same? I can't tell by looking at photos of an F3L. I ask because I have a 2020 RTL and an accessory given to me for an F3L topcase that doesn't seem to perfectly fit my topcase. This makes sense if they are not the same.

By the eye they look the same outside. The hook up is totally different. Interior looks the same by eye. Other than that, you would need to go to the dealer. Compare side by side. Tom :spyder:

What Tango said. Some parts seem to be interchangeable or very close. Yesterday, I was looking at both bikes parked while we stopped at an Arby's. The front fenders on the 2014 RT and 2019 F3 looked exactly the same to me. :dontknow:

2020 F3 & 2020 RT topcase has same part # in BRP build site

The BRP 2020 F3 Spyder build site shows a RT Topcase #219401011 as an option, (same as 2020 RT Spyder option).
(appears 2020 F3 & 2020 RT topcase fit either as per BRP build)?
2019 F3 topcase probably different.

The 2020's may be the same. They both have linq system. But the 2020 F3L trunk is different from the previous F3L.

What he said. It appears BRP standardized the top cases for 2020 between the RT and F3 line ups, which was not the case (no pun intended) in previous years.
