the wife's 2020 rtl odometer is stuck at 9999.9 miles but the trip meter is still working, anyone experience this? If so what was the fix? It's under warranty so we will be calling the dealership Monday.

There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Make sure your not looking at trip B. It only goes to 9999.9. The 3rd selection over is the odometer. 1st is trip A and 2nd is trip B.

:agree: .... I ZERO my A & B counters constantly .... one I use for a Day trip the other I use to record my Gas mileage .... good luck .... Mike :thumbup:

If you are actually seeing a .9 mile I'm sure it's a trip odometer. I don't know of any total mileage odometer that shows tenths of miles any more.

it was on the trip b from when we bought it new it's now on the odometer thanks for all the help
