• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Do the new RT Limited's have the new Kenda tires or are they still using the same old junk Kenda's as always?

Thanks, I will have to take that into account if I fall in love with one when I do a test ride on Saturday morning.
Have not had very much luck with the old Kenda's on my other Spyders.

A possible negotiation item. A free set of the "new" Kendas and installation when needed. Or some variation.

They're new production Kenda, so time will tell if they're any better. When I bought my last RT in 2014 the rear Kenda only lasted about 4k miles.:banghead:

yup! that was the soft rubber compound. I got 8.5K out of my rear tire. Went back to other style Kendas for re-do and they were the "usual." 15K on the rears.

I'll never go back to Kenda if I can help it. There are so many other better choices out there.

When we moved to AR, I immediately replaced the Kenda's with "darkside" tires on both the 2011 and the 2014. The 2011 has been traded off and someone got a brand new set of tires. The 2014 is now my beta test bike for "darkside" tires. My new F3, has Kenda's all around. I have three years or so to make a choice there.
