I think so. The new side air vents seem to be much smaller. I'd give it a few months. Some of the good vendors will start making 2020 parts.

Motomember has them on one pictured on there web site. Maybe they are already there from factory?

219400957 is the part number for the Adjustable Drivers Backrest for the 2020 RT.

219400958 is the part number for the Passenger Armrests for the 2020 RT.

There are no Air Vents available for the 2020 RT.

*** Be careful before buying the Passenger Armrests. A few people have bought them and then removed them because it was too difficult for their passenger to comfortably use. A costly trial.***

Could they have the Adjustable Touring Windshield part #219400993 on that bike. Details in the catalog say vents on that windshield. But you have to buy the windshield.

Motomember puts all the goodies on those spyders,so at least I can see the stuff first!

MY Ms really likes the way the 20 arm rests upward ends fit her wrists. The way she mounts the bike the lack of meaningful movement is no problem.
