2018 RTL, No sound from any of the speakers

Mute is not on.
I am getting FM radio signals because it shows the station being played.

Try going under configuration and sound output to see if it's set to speakers or bluetooth/helmet

There is no “mute”. You either have it set to speakers or headset for music/sound output which you’ll find in the audio settings in the menu.

not saying wrong opcorndd on mine-older 13 - if hold the volume down button 4+seconds it does mute(does not label it, just gets quiet(red light conversation feature ). However definitely check few audio settings: equalizer, headset connection -on /off, cycle all the inputs- weather,am,fm, aux, cb. Being an 18, hopefully not another BRP connect issue(or left grip control). Is maybe possible the connection at stereo is loose, otherwise you would lest her static, sorry don’t know location. Mine was sitting on bike right rear (brake side by antenna)

uh, we’re talking about a 2018. Different sound system. We can press the volume down and hold and it pauses/shuts off the music but doesn’t mute.
