2018 RTL Midle trunk..

We bought a brand new 2018 RTL and we are having issues with the "glove compartment" not closing all the time. we have to press many time for it to finally close. I pressed at different spot and it doesnt matter where. the best is at the middle bottom. but sometimes i have to press 15 times . Very frikking annoying. Anyone else having that issue and what did you do to fix it? Also the left wheel is making noise like the brake caliper is touching the disk at the same spot at every rotation of the wheel. Any suggestion?

Sounds like dealer issues

The trunk latch has a sensor switch that may need adjusting if the trunk lid does indeed latch closed, if no then the latch needs adjusting.
If you have a pulsating brake noise it may indicate a warped rotor, possibly from improper torquing of the wheel lug nuts. The specifications for lug nut torque is in your manual. A quick trip to your dealer where the trike was prepped should resolve your problems. Meanwhile welcome to the Forum, let us know the outcome.

It's brand new, get it back to the dealer and let them fix it under warranty.

My 2015 was hard to open and close at first, but then the rubber seal gets broken or worn in and it is easy now. If it is that hard it sound like an adjustment is needed.

I’ve found that pushing down just enough to latch and then pushing further down to unlatch. It’s a gentle push just enough to make it latch. Then push harder to pop it up. If it’s still a problem, take it to dealer and get them to adjust it.

So the Glove compartment is finally closing Properly. I guess the rubber needed time to "wear" in..lol . My dealer confirmed that the rotor was warped so a replacement was ordered. Hope that fixes the noise. Also Had to put back in the OEM headlight as the LED form TriCled burned out ALREADY after less then a month. WoW just wow.. Cant believe they are already bad.. Weird..
