• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Does anyone have an idea of when the new 2018 RT models will show up? I know you can order a 10 yr anniversary model of the RT now but wasn't looking for that. Or approximately when the 2017 RT models will be discounted the most? just thinking of upgrading year model. Thanks!

Typically the biggest discounts are in the month of September, but Louis Motorsports in Texas has the RT Limited $5k under sticker right now (check ebay). That is where I got my 2014 RT from, and it was priced $5,500 below sticker.

The 2018 model information will be released during the third week of September.
The 10th Anniversary bike deliveries? :dontknow:
We've heard everything from September, to December! nojoke
I'm sure hoping that it's the former! :D

Looking for displayed. Wondering if any changes to the 2018 models. Thanks for all your answers and info.

Other than BNG's? :dontknow: It seems that the bikes will have no huge mechanical changes.

I was able to quiz the BRP staff a bit about this, when trying to make my decision about the 10th Anniversary models.
It would make no sense for a 10th Anniversary model to have no significant changes, and then do something WILD with all of the other models.

I just got a killer deal on my 16 RT L

I just got a significant discounted price on the 16 year model due to the fact that they still 17's on the floor. Same great machine as the 17's and 18'sexcept for the colors.

Well, Bob, I have made my decision for my next Spyder. I am going to wait for the 20th Anniversary model. Word is a turbo Chevy V8 is in the works. Mr. Cognac runs so well the I have to hit him with a stick to make him shut down. Actually, this is my last Spyder. I will be 85 next month and plan to quit riding at 95, about the time Mr. Cognac will want to quit too.
