2018 RT L dash

This may be a stupid question,but i am going to ask anyway. I know that the new dash needs a smart phone ,which i do not have . Will every thing still work ,and can i still use it as a normal dash without getting in to much trouble. I am not a tecky ,i barely get by with the puter.
The reason i ask this is the dealer in my area has a very nice blue ,blacked out 2018 RT L at a reasonable price and i have a code for $ 2000 off .

The dash will work just fine without a smartphone... :thumbup:

Double check the expiration on the 2K off deal. The offer I got expired. Maybe they just keep tossing the bait out until they reach a number? :dontknow:

I live in Ontario ,we get 3000 off but dealers i have called say the discount has already in the price.

What is their asking price, if it's around $32,000.00, then, it is probably true, if there're asking closer to $35,000.00, then they are most likely lying.

3000 is for 2017 ,2000 is for 2018.
