• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Is it possible to select your own radio stations by manual tuning and presetting, instead of radio presetting what I don't want? Sure wished owners manual covered things like this.

Yes you can. Just need to find the right screen.

Chose audio. Then FM. You will come to a screen that you likely have seen before. Notice the symbols that represent the joystick. See first picture for reference. Notice that some of the possible joystick functions has like a 3D shading and the up arrow one does not. What that means is the shaded ones have 2 functions. Center press button has the home symbol on it. It is also shaded so it has a second function. That means a short press will take it out of this menu back to the main. But if you do a long press on the center joystick will bring you to a different FM screen. That lets you tune and program each preset. See 2nd picture. Right and left presses will tune the station. Press the down arrow changes the screen. Then left and right arrows lets you chose the preset position. Down press with the green check mark. Locks in your choice.

I just read through your detailed directions and wonder...... Whatever happened to a dial where you could choose the frequency. Then just push a button to lock it into your radio. Simple, effective, and didn't need to have a degree in computers to operate. I'm not knocking your explanation or disagreeing with anything you posted. Just making an observation. There are some "old school" things that I like better..... Jim
