• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

2018 F3 Limited

Hi everyone. New member here...
Just traded in my Harley bagger for a sweet white/dark 2018 F3 Limited. which I picked up today.
I will need some time to get used to its ride and handling - very different than a two wheeler. It was a weird ride home from the dealer, to say the least!
One observation/caveat: How come the owners manual doesn't have instruction on all the settings (blue tooth, BRP connect, audio, etc)??? I guess they figure we must be smart enough to figure it out by ourselves....

Congrats on converting to the Spyder, I sold our 15 Ultra Classic and bought a 17 F3T and LOVE IT! It did take a couple hundred miles to wrap my head around the different handling and steering techniques but have put 15k on it since buying last Sept. Ryde safe and enjoy.

BRP Disconected!

Welcome to the world of Spyders! I too am new, picked mine up mid July and left for Sturgis two weeks later. I've been to five dealers and not one could help me with the BRP Connect! One guy told me BRP has not provided any training to their dealerships, What a big mistake! I still can't get mine to work. All the videos I have looked at just tell you how great they think it is, so if you find help please pass it on. I've got close to 8k miles on it and will be at M/V in October. Looking forward to meeting other riders and soaking up some tribal knowledge.

Be be safe out there!

hrdware101 , :welcome:I'm a new :spyder2: owner also picked it up 5 weeks ago. They are a lot of fun to ride. Lots to learn and practice, like they say seat time is the key. Enjoy your :spyder2:.

Enjoy your new F3 LTD! I have a 2016 F3T LTD Special, and have had lots of fun with it since I've owned it. :congrats:

Congrats on your new ride. I got mine in July. 2nd Spyder for me. Love it. I'm have trouble figuring out the BRP connect myself. I wish I could use a music device other than a phone.
