• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Can anyone tell me how to locate/find the brake/running light wires so I can
connect a Gear Brake module into everything. I have been through the
service/repair manual at least a half dozen times and yet to find anything that
says here they are. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

It seems that this is an unanswered question that is asked by many of us. Where do we connect a third brake light wire on the F3-T and Limited?

Chris

Yes I know WHERE the wires are, but which one for just the Brake Light. I want to connect my front fender mud flap lights to the brake light on my F3-T. The F3-T uses turn/brake for the same wire. Sooo how do I hook up just for the brake lights only?

In those plugs, the wires are thus:
=============
Right Signal = BLACK/YELLOW
Left Signal = GREY/PINK
Running Lights = WHITE
Brake Light = ORANGE
BLACK ground
backup = PINK/BEIGE

I have been looking for this for a year. Never seemed to get an answer.

Thanks again to all for the tail light wiring color codes and info. I
now have blue LED's mounted on each side of the key bezel that
I can see come rain or shine. Because I could not get to the turn
signal wires up front without removing a lot of Tupperware, I ran
a piece of house telephone cable down the right side of the bike
to the wiring under the seat. I used telephone cable because it
is relatively stiff and I did not have to fish for it. I did remove the
top right side cover, the push pins on side cover and loosened the
two screws on bottom of the cover this allowed me to flex the panel
out enough to snake the cable into place. The wiring for all the lights
are in a bundle on right side. The tape is a gritch to remove. After
hooking up the turn signals, I went ahead and installed splices
for brakes and running lights for future upgrades. I am a happy camper!
