Do I assume that the rally will be hosted (run from) the host hotel? We might be able to come if there are any RV parks in the area. Could anyone recommennd any? We will be coming through LA about that time. Would love to attend my first Spyder rally and kick tires with other Spyderites.

There not much, one campground 15 miles south in Houma, reviews are not good. We decided to use the sate park about 30 miles north. It's a easy ride down 90 to Raceland, nice looking park. Bayou Segnette State Park.

I'd love to go to this event. It would be my first road trip of the year, and winter's getting me down. But it's 2 long days each way, so a total of 7 nights hotels. Gotta save my dough for Alaska in July. Maybe next year.

We have stayed at Bayou Segnette SP. That could work for us in several ways. Thank you for the suggestion. This rally is now square on the radar.

Yee Haa. This will be our first Spyder rally and we are really looking forward to kicking tires with other Spyder riders.

Now we have to start thinking about what rides to take?????????????

You will have to pick one ride for each day, We will leave the hotel between 8-9:00 in the morning and get back to the Hotel around 3:00

Friday Plantation Ride is to Oak Alley Plantation in Vacherie, Louisiana
Friday Swamp Tour Ride is going to be from Zam's Swamp Tour in Kraemer Bayou which is near Thibodaux Louisiana
