2015 RTS Parking brake light stays on when releasing parking brake.

My parking brake light stays on intermittently. When I turn off engine it will beep at me. So I took the panels off. I see the parking brake wheel and motor. Cleaned the switch. No help. I moved the switch on and off then taped on it with a screw driver handle. The light went out for a short time then back on. Seems it needs a new switch. Any thoughts.
