I am in the hunt and finally decided to go new. Dealer gave me a price of 24699. with $2000 worth of incentives off. Good price or bad?

That is MSRP for a plain RT-SE6 around here without discounts.

I take it it is a RT not a RTS or RTL. The RT is the base model without any bells and whistles. Not the best price out there even with the incentives. Most incentives are marked up 40-60%. I think that is close to MSRP for the base RT.

IMHO I think you will be money ahead if you get the RTS or even the Limited. Most I know who bought the RT base tried to add the bells and whistles later for twice the price of the packages that come with the RTS or the RTL.

Check with Louis Sports in Greenville TX just East of Dallas. (google) They always have the best prices in the country. The base model RT in 2014 from them was $19,500. Probably a slight increase in 2015 but not that much. See if your dealer can match their price.

Thats how I bought mine locally.

I had an email about incentives and then got another one for an additional $1,000 since I took a test drive on their demo tour yesterday. So you should be able to get $3,000 off
