I went through the manual and it will not switch back to MPH, I think there may be something wrong with the switch. Do you think it may just need the battery disconnected then reconnect it to reset the computer?

If it is still like the RS you have to select MPH or KPH via the S (select button) and the m (mode button) same with the C°/F°. But the manual should help. Some techy guy with an F3 will come along.....:thumbup:

I have tried all the settings, it will only go to KPM and Celcius , I disconnected the battery for 15 minutes.

I had to attempt several times to change mine back yesterday. Hold the set button for 3 seconds, then the down button once or twice, then the up button. It was not exactly done per what the manual says. Good luck!

Keep at it... I had this happen on the road and it took me 1/2 hour to get it to change. Royal pain.

Please NOTE the F3 is totally different to early Spyder models.

I have just retested this info and it does work so give it another go. Good luck Bruce

You are welcome to bring your F3 by my shop today and I'll give you a hand with it. The 'menus' as presented on the F3S screen are confusing. I'll be working on a number of Spyders today so stopping for a moment to get yours reading in miles would be no problem. PM me for directions. I'm on the NW side of Houston near 249 and Louetta Rd. f3s problems

I talked to the dealer on the phone and he said to bring the spyder to to the dealership and he can get it set, would not set for him, he said it was the 1st time to ever see this on an f3s and there is a recall notice for the shock bracket and the brake caliper sticking.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Shock bracket frame brace is a recall on all 2015 F3. Never seen sticking Brembo brakes. Quite common on the older bikes with BRP brakes but never seen it on the newer ones. Suppose its possible on any caliper.

Yours is the first I have heard of with a cluster that will not change units. Have seen a couple with dead or non-functioning clusters but not one with this single point not working. Seems very odd.

Is the dealer replacing your cluster?

I think that they are having to replace either the switch cluster or the gauge cluster, I had no idea about the brake problem until the looked it up.

Now I know which service bulliten you are talking about on the brakes. Its the location of the rear brake hose on some early production bikes could rub. They simply moved it and tie wrapped it. Its not a sticking caliper.
