• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

We got our first 250 miles on our RTL and all I can say is WOW. What a differencs from the 13. More torque, more mpgs, you hardly notice the shifting, very smooth and sooo quiet. BRP nailed it with the 2014. I had the dealer install the sena 10 headsets and dongle and I cannot get anything through them. The dongle has power and the headsets ding and talk to you but no tunes from radio or intercom. Something I am doing wrong?

A couple of things to check. When you have the dongle on and turn the headset on it should say "media connected". If not, the headset needs to be paired with the dongle.

For the intercom, with both headsets on, you should only need to tap the big button/jog dial once to connect them. Maybe twice fast, but you shouldn't really need to. Same thing if it doesn't work, you may need to pair the headsets.

You can also pair your Bluetooth phone to it if desired.

Hope you get it working as they are really handy.

Congratulations..!!

very nice looking ryde. Glad it surpasses your expectations. Wish I could help with the sena but we all run the scala G9's..enjoy the ryde..!! :ohyea::ohyea:

2014 RT Limited

You are really wetting my appetite for one of these, but I must wait as I've only just purchased my 2013 ST Limited, it's my 60th on September 2015 so I'll wait and see if I can get a special birthday present.
Sorry can't help as I run a Nolan N-comm set up. does sound like a pairing issue as already stated.

sena 10 pairing

Ok I can get the the headsets to pair for intercom and intercom will work until I turn the headsets off then when I turn them back on I have to pair them again to get intercom to work. Is this normal? I have tried step by step to pair headsets to dongle and cannot get the blue light on dongle to flash as it is suppost to when paired. Any ideas? Thanks Jeff

we had the same problem
down load the firmware from their website reinstall and it will fix it.
ours now pair every time we startup

yes you have to toggle between the intercom and the dongle to get the music.

have fun

Pairing - youtube video helped me...you can call Tech at SENA as well

This youtube video helped me pair them up to the media when I first got them...the manual did not help much:

And this video will help as well with selective pairing:

You can call the SENA Tech Service: Here's the SENA Tech Service number: 866-300-1235 . When I first got my system about a year ago, I called them and had to wait about 10 minutes, but once the Tech got on line, he was very good and helped me. I think they are in San Jose, California, so time your call accordingly....

BTW....congrats on your 2014 RT Limited -- it's an AWESOME machine!!

Best wishes for a successful fix!

When my wife and I first got our helmets home with the sena 10 headsets (installed by dealer) we also had problem getting the units to pair....We pulled up a clip from YouTube and it was a breeze....(much easier than trying to follow instructions in booklet....
