• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

2014 RT Front Tire Pressure Spec

For those of you getting a 2014 RT model, the specification for the front tire pressure has been changed to 20 psi +/- 2 psi. I noticed this in the 2014 RT Pre-delivery Instructions, and cross-checked it in the 2014 RT Owner’s Manual. With the heavier engine and heavier vehicle, this seems to make sense. Thought it might be of interest to those of you lucky enough to be getting one!

Thanks for the info. I was wondering if you could post a link to the 2014 RT owner's manual. For what ever reason I can't find it on BRP site.

Thanks for the information!
I noticed that change when I was reading my copy of it also...
I wonder what made them decide to change the specification? :dontknow:

It might have been Ann; she played around with tire pressure, and decided that the 2013s like them a bit lower than the previous models...
Perhaps this is due to the extra weight of the new bikes?? :dontknow:
