• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

OG Common

New member
2014 Can Am Spyder RTS front left wheel and cowling vibrates up and down when braking and in verse. I'm thinking it the rotor causing this problem. Any suggestion.:sour:

I had a friend that had the same problem One of the rotors was wrapped replaced it and put new pads on both front wheels

SUGGESTION

I can think of at least 20 reasons why...................However if you give more info it will help narrow it down....Think of what a mechanic would ask you about when this began .................Mike :bbq:

Who sets the 'Require Thanks to see post content' button on their posts?!

Doing that on purpose so a potential reader MUST click thanks to see what you contributed to the Thread & Forum is a bloody annoying way of boosting the number of 'thanks' you might get and pretty much just a really low act that almost certainly guarantees I won't bother reading any of those posts.....

But since it was most likely triggered by accident or has been set as a default & just carried on, then maybe the two prior posters above could modify your posts so that ALL others can see what you wanted to contribute?

As for the OP, it does sound like it's a warped disc, but Blueknight has hit the nail on the head - what more can you tell us to help narrow it down a bit?

I'm clicking "Thanks" and "Like" on your post, because it's true! :D
And nobody forced me to do it!

Don't know. ..!!

Not knowing the whole story but willing to venture a guess, one must remember there are a few shock absobers out there that did not perform well. The disc can also be a possibility and many more as mike stated. Suggest a full front end checkup....

Why guess

Why guess, it's a 2014 and should still be on warranty. Take it in to your Dealer and have it checked out.
