• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Don't know. ..!!

These machines have limits and until now I have not seen anyone say they reached it and what the speedo said. The limit is in RPM's and the engine will cut out but apparently the MPH's vary. So if you find the magical road crank down on the throttle until the engine sputters and check the speedo. I ran out of road but found no need to go over 117.....there was more..:yikes:

I did a search but this link didn't come up...not sure why people go crazy because they think you didn't do a search....if people don't want to comment just don't comment....I just read through all four of these pages in this link but it still did not give me the answer I'm looking for....it did have some good theoretcial answers which were well thought out....thanks

I don't believe anyone is trying to bust your chops but please consider the following possibilities as reasons why one can't find a reliable hard number:

1. The BRP lawyers won't let them publish/claim one for obvious liability reasons.
2. The accuracy of our RT speedometers is suspect.
3. Atmospheric conditions, e.g., head/tail winds and a bunch of others.
4. Aerodynamics of the RT and F3 Spyders themselves.
5. The speed at which one decides to roll OFF the throttle to be sure he/she sees another riding day.

How is this for a novel idea......maybe the administrator could add a new Forum Area for all the people who feel it necessary to NOT answer the question that was asked, post non-sensical pictures, go so far off topic that people stop reading other peoples answers / comments etc., have private conversations with their friends that should be addressed in PM's ..............:banghead::banghead::banghead:.............just a thought....Mike ...........................and Yes, I have been guilty of some of these transgressions but it isn't 15 times per day, or Thread :roflblack::roflblack::roflblack:............Let the flaming begin:2excited:..:bdh:..

Your welcome

Good gobs of galloping lumpy gravy. I thought we just put one of these threads to bed. You are going to get a thousand diverse and different answers here none of which are correct and some not evan close to the original subject. Diverse subjects such as this should be answered at least a thousand times in the Search Engine.

Repetition of such matter just interferes with those that know everything. As Yogi said "it ain't over till its over".

PS You live in Springfield Mo. Pitbull or Lamonster could give their opinion and it would be much more accurate than on all these posts!

Some forums have a heading for never ending pointless recurring threads just for this kind of stuff. Maybe one would work here.:banghead:
