There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. 2013 Rt Limited handling issues

Hopefully you have read my response on some other threads regarding this issue. I can honestly say that there is a "marked difference" now that the new ball joints have been installed.

Chris,
Thanks for the update! I receive a call from my dealer today letting me know that he expects to have the new ballpoints in hand tomorrow. Hopefully, he'll be able to squeeze me in before the weekend to have them installed.

The weathers warming up and I'm ready to ride!

Thanks again!

Ken

I had my 2013 ST in to have alignment fixed couple of weeks ago. After alignment bike road better but still has something not right. Yesterday Damien called me from BRP to ask if my bike was better since I had emailed BRP with my issues. I told him it was better but that the ball joints were to be replaced by my dealer to correct the fix. He informed me that 3 sets of ball joints had been released to my dealer. I said great and thanked him and informed him I would call my dealer today since yesterday was Monday and they are closed. Called my dealer and sure enough they had the ball joints but could not place mine since they had not received the tool with kits to perform the job. Why would BRP sent the joints but not the means to repair the problem? I again called Damien one the number which I saved on my caller ID and left him a voicemail regarding my issue. Well he just called me and stated the kits are being released on limited basis and mine would be overnight end to my dealer tomorrow and should arrive on Thursday. Called my dealer and sure enough they are to be overnight end to them. Damien asked if I could call him back after 100 miles of riding to ensure my ST was running correctly. Damien seems to be very nice and helpful. My question is why would BRP not sent all the required supplies with ball joints knowing there are so many Spyders with these problems? Hopefully mine will be fixed Saturday when I bring it back in again as that is my next day off. For everyone bringing in for ball joints ensure the techs have what is needed to fix the problem before you bring your bikes in and are forced to leave them until BRP releases a kit. Hope this helps. Also my dealer never called me using my vin #. Had I not called them I might still be at square 1.

Snake Dance issue is resolved!

I am happy to report that my dealer replaced both lower ball joints and I No longer do the snake dance. BRP has found the cause and resolved the issue. All I can say is Thanks! I drove to Daytona bike week today and had no issue. Cruised at 80 MPH and was as straight as an arrow.

Inmate 1905, glad your bike is fixed. Took mine in Saturday and gave it a good ride last night. What a difference! Feels like a new bike compared to what I had out the door. Bike rides straight as an arrow now. I am glad since will be putting about 1000 miles on this weekend going to crawfish boil in Louisiana.:yes:

Glad to read the positive comments from those that have had the ball joints replaced. I pick mine up Saturday with the new ball joints installed.

You guys give me HOPE! Ball joints on order. Waiting for the call! In the mean time, my RT is just prettyin' up the garage!
