• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Saw one of these at Jacksonville Powersports today in the bright yellow. I sure am glad I didn't have my check book… :gaah::sour:

It sure was pretty though.

Wow... I know the feeling. I was at Fredericksburg Power Sports last weekend and saw the new '13's. Sure are pretty.

I got the ball rolling the last week of December, and my dealer informed me my yellow STS manual won't be arriving until March. So for them to have extra bikes just sitting around on the showroom.... I don't know what to tell you there. Unless the dealer ordered some ahead of time I'm guessing it won't be for awhile yet.

RE: Alaska Dealers--they usually don't get the new :spyder2:,s until spring. I talked with my dealer in the fall when I brought the 2010 in for end of year service. It sounded like he was only going to order some ST's and not the new RT's. That was kind of a bummer for me because had he said there would be new RT's coming in Yellow--I might have jumped on the bandwagon.

Now that I have retired from my day jobs--the new :ani29: might be out of the question. :(

Dealer still has new RT-s from prior years--that is why I bought akspyderlady the 2011--at a discounted price.

Time will tell. But it does not look like I will be running down to the lower 48 to buy a new :spyder2: under any circumstances--at this time.
