• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

2013 Can-Am Roadster Owner Event

Way too hot to have it in the south. Need to have some mountains for cooler temps, or head farther north.

owners event

More like BRP wants to sell you clothes event. Looking forward to spyder fest, Venders and mechanics tells me that the event is for riders not just dealers.:spyder2:

Each Spyder meet has its own flavor and they're all good.

There are more Spyder meets than you mentioned all over the country, full of good people having a fun time. Take a walk on the wild side and see if there are any in your back yard. You never know unless you go.

Colorado Part II

Taos, Branson, Gatlinburg, Spearfish Canyon.... lots of great places it can be.

Personnally, I'd love to see a Colorado Part II the Front Range. No matter where it's going to be... I'll do my best to be there. I'd love to visit with all the good people I met this year and would love to RYDE with you all again!

My vote is for Gatlinburg, TN. The family and I go down there once a year for at least a week. We no longer travel to Florida, because we enjoy Eastern Tennessee. The ride down there from upstate NY is beautiful, it gets even better if you take a side trip on the "Blue Ridge Parkway". Please let it be held down there:pray::pray::pray::pray:

Can you imagine 600-700 spyders added to the already horrendous traffic in Gatlinburg.:yikes: I'm sorry but no way do I want to go to Gatlinburg. I love the area but not the town. If it's in that area then let's go back to Maggie Valley.

Agree, will never go back to Gatlinburg. Were there on 2 wheels and tried to find parking, no luck. Got on a street that ended in a private parking lot, the security guard would not let us ride in and make a U turn, had to jockey back and forth on the narrow street.

Lamont said in another thread that his barbque may be tied in with another event this year. Could it possibly be the owners event? (Rumor started)

Just north of Gatlinburg is Sevierville (SP?) where dollywood is. Parking and traffic is much better there. But there are no traffic issues in upstate NY, and the back roads are great. But then again we do have the "Spyders in the Adirondacks" ryde here in August so I guess two big events in one year is a lot to ask.
