It's possible the auto generated email went to your Spam or Junk mailbox, or that it got rejected altogether. Depends on how your mailbox is set up. Or, it is possible I didn't ship to you.

The bar you received 3 months ago did not have the limiting collars that I am now producing. But so far I've got 6 owners that are pretty sure they have this problem (bar moving all the way to one side). It is unlikely that you have the problem as it seems to be quite rare. But I suggest checking your sway bar to see if you need these collars.
