There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I would like to come this year but I have a question about the schedule. I see it begins on a Wed and ends on a Sun. Is that correct. What is generally scheduled on those days?

Would be great if you can come, many come in early, especially those who come from far.
That is correct. I will be there 2 days earlier, many Vendors come in a day or two earlier, so I can help get them setup and all.
Schedule is not out yet, we will have more info soon. Lamont will have the schedule up and running on the homepage, I am sure of :thumbup:

Just made our reservations for SpyderFest at the Super 8...recommend calling the motels rather than trying to book online. Online it said there were no available rooms for that weekend:yikes:...when I called and mentioned we were coming for SpyderFest (the magic word)
she asked if we stayed there last year (yes), gave her our name and shazam!
hyea: we had a room! Yipee...now I just need to figure out how to get leave for those days!!!!

Bobbie, my bride, and I will be there. The PLAN is also to ryde in on Darth from Tyler, Tx! We're thinking it will be about 14 hours so we may split that into 2 days of ryde. Not sure yet where we'll stay, but... we WILL be there!:thumbup:

WOW spyderfest stuff already.......I'M SCARED....LOL nana let the PARTY BEGING!!!! first of the year we will release the schedual of events, similare to last year but not a dupicate by no means! We will shake up, and to, and change things abit to keep it not the same old same old! Just Happy people are willing to come back and play with us!
