• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Ok took about 25 mile ride

on the way home in traffic she died cut off on me a few times then dead nothing at all

called a buddy for a trailer pick up and about 1hr later she regained power,,,,,,, but would not start

Pushed her up on the trailer brought her home now she starts like nothing ever happen

Anybody have an idea????

I think its the battery

Any codes? I would start by checking to make sure each battery terminal is clean and tight. Then perform a volt and load test. If battery is weak or has a dead cell it will show.

Curious...🤔

My 2012 RS Sm5 battery just died which makes it one of the long lasting ones. But if yours is still the original I would suspect the problem is there. So normally you need to check all battery connection and ground connections. Check that all fuses and relays are well seated and good. A good load test on the battery will be good. Try jumping it with a car (engine not running) and see if it starts up. :gaah:

I had this too.

I agree with all this. Sounds like the battery and or connections. MY '14 RT would
be cruising right along then just die, at speed. Coast to the side of the road and it
would take a few minutes but then start. I got no codes. I had it to the dealer twice.
They dug a little deeper and found a ground cable corroded. Problem solved.
If your battery is the original I'd say you got your money's worth.
