After looking closely myself at their "compare" page, it doesn't really give you much, but I did find this which helps a little more:

It includes all Spyder RT features, PLUS:

• Rider footboards (w/ SE5 transmission only)

I think you got it covered Bob, The biggest advantage is the fog lights and the led's up front. Of course the heated grips, auto suspension are items that I wouldn't want to do without. Leftover '12 models are at a bargin price right now and savings more that make up for the difference in the orignal price.

Regular RT's has the electric trunk release and also passenger heated grips with controller.
