• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

998cc 2012 Rt SE5 Open vacuum port . Right side of engine below throttle body.

I have an SE5 with the semi auto trans. On the right side of the engine below the throttle body is an open vacuum port. I looked up in the service manual and it shows a hose that goes to the clutch valve solenoid. Of course I do not have that on the SE5. What is suppose to go there? I put my finger on it and it makes the engine want to die. It is just sucking up unfiltered air. Please help!

Ok. On the right hand side of the throttle body, on the front venturi, is where the clutch hose would go. On the SE5, it is just plugged with a rubber blank to block it off. You can get them at any auto parts store. As you can see, it should have a clamp on it. Must have broke or been taken off. When you plug it, just allow time for the ECM to re-adjust fuel delivery. You have a large vacuum leak, that it needs to re-adjust to once you plug it. In your shop manual, this picture should appear in the fuel rail section.

Edit: BTW - nice catch.
